Mold issue

Hi everyone,

My fifth wheel is in enclosed storage, think large pole barn with 15-20 RVs stored there. It's been there since 2020 and I've never had a humidity problem. Before this, I lived in the southwest US so it wasn't an issue. This year we had a very long stretch of rainy weather over the summer and when I checked on it, it was so humid that there were practically drops of water on the walls.

There was also mold everywhere. On the cabinets, windows and screens, counters, entrance door, everywhere. I'm not sure exactly sure how to handle it. Is it even possible to remove it all so it's livable again?

Do I have to remove all of the carpet? Upholstered furniture? Mattress?

Thanks for any insights you might have.

make sure you use mask to protect your lungs, some types of mold are very bad for your lungs. Clean every thing with bleach type cleaner and OZONE the inside of the camper. You most likely will need to do this several times. If you have insurance put a claim in they may total it.
