No I don't I would like to see them be more effective with the forum. The problem I see with it is that the forum only tells one side of the situation. It's like talking to someone going through marriage problems. There's always two sides to the story and a whole bunch of hurt feelings.

I'd like to see a more interactive site that would truly answer questions both good and bad. A site like I describe would take a lot of effort and cost to maintain.

I contacted Redwood about this today. Kathy Fuller says they are not taking the forum down. However, they do need someone to host it. Dave???

Also, she says they do monitor it to see what folks are saying about the product - several people checking on it weekly.

It would be nice to have one of our group interface with them and get back to the forum with some responses - Dave???

There are several knowledgeable folks on here that the company can contact if they need help. This forum is full of great people with the love of RVs.

This is maybe something that could be discussed at the rally. A person would want to know what it would entail and how much time and knowledge would be involved. Depending on what the answers to those questions were, I may be willing to assist. I'm being cautious since I have been known to stick my foot in mouth.
