I'm baffled by some of the issues I see on the fourm! I get really frustrated to see all the upgrades/changes that have to be made to make our rigs safe and truly roadworthy.

X2, especially as expensive as these things already cost. A majority of the "upgrades" should be stock items. This has been hashed around for eternity.

Rear axle moved forward and cut the brake line. Now have to have extensive work done. Need rear caliper, axle and brake lines replaced. Figured might as well have all wet bolts replaced along with bushings while it is there. Now waiting to see if all this will be covered. Only had 4700 miles on new unit.
Hi guys, sorry to hear of bad luck, but i noticed on your signature that you have a new dully.Congrats on that move, you're quick !! We have a 2016 on order, but our unit is in Topeka getting repairs promised by redwood at the rally.Hope everything is ready by Florida departure time around 12/20-24.Good Luck-----TERI & Larry

Good to hear from you. Yes we got the Dually a few weeks after rally. Really like it. A lot more stable when towing. You mentioned that you have one on order. Are you talking about a Dually or new Redwood. Good luck on your repairs. After my problems I have decided to install the MorRyde IS in spring. I am like you, hope unit is ready in time for Florida. We plan to leave around 11/28.

I'll be spending the winter in Lake Havasu with a dealer in Bullhead. I guess there will be some time spent replacing suspension parts in my future. Thanks for the Info.

I reviewed the data on our MorRyde Data Sheet with Gary Wheeler from MorRyde and he said he recommended the 33" SRE 4000, it fit our FL great.

We have pulled our FL from Florida, to Indiana, to New York, back to Florida and now heading to Texas since we installed the SRE 4000, no problems.

I just did that upgrade and mine was the 35" kit... I Measured 3-4 times to make sure I was doing it right because of all the folks here that used 33" kits.. The folks at MorRyde assured me that per my measurments , I needed the larger kit

The short ones should be used. I did mine in August.

Ah! Sorry guys-was at the Workamper News Rendezvous in Arkansas all week and didn't have much internet access. My apologies for the late reply!

Rosey- I have NO idea why the individual at Lippert had any issue locating that pricing information. They are 100% on board with what we are doing with the bronze bushings, and have been shipping them out to some of our other owners already! I am SO sorry that it was any hassle at all!!

It sounds like you might have already gotten the issue taken care of via another route, but you know I'm happy to help if its still needed. Feel free to shoot me a private message if there's anything at all I can do!
