Not getting all cable channels in the living room

Third time getting warranty work on our TV...now we only get local cable channels on our living room tv. We get all the channels on the bedroom and outside tv. Thoughts? Suggestions??

Find the splitter in the bedroom ceiling, mine had the incoming cable on the outgoing, switched that & fixed the problem. My splitter (actually 2, 1 satellite & 1 cable) was in the ceiling in the light fixture to the right above the bedroom tv, had to fish around a bit to find it.

We had a similar problem, it turned out that the cable was not connected properly. Check the connections making sure the center wire is long enough and goes into the connection. Ours was defective at the connection in the wall behind the tv. Best of luck

Also make sure you are set on cable on the TV and not antenna, and your booster is off.
