Privacy shade won’t roll up

My privacy shade. The black see through one won’t retract behind kitchen table. It’s all the way down and won’t go up. Any ideas on how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

Need to get some angle on it. Pull it out about 40 degrees and give it a tug. It should retract. If not, turn the wheel on the right side, as looking at it a bit to roll it up. Then pull it to retract it.

Look up online Irvine Shades & find a phone number they are very helpful. There might a # on the corners of the bar on the bottom of the shades.

Thanks we did good that and a small adjustment and now it works great. Thanks to everyone for the help. It drives me nuts when something doesn’t work like it should.
