Has anyone else had problem with waranty repairs?. Our 36RL came with cracked island top, running right by faucet and ending up on other side of sink. Redwood ordered a new top, but after waiting almost five weeks, new one came in worse then original. If I have to wait for new good one, will Redwood pay for my stsy?, doubt it. Has anyone else have similar problems?, and who do you call ????

We had a problem with our island top that we created ourselves. We put a large scratch in it the weekend we picked it up. The dealer was quick to respond to fix the issue. They buffed out the scratch and it looks like new again. I posted this so all know that scratches can be fixed and this fix saved Rolly... He was the unfortunate one that scratched the counter top. We have had great support from our dealer in Leemington. They have repaired all our small issues immediately.

The only problem we've noticed is the double sink sagging in the middle and pulling away from the counter top. If you look under the counter, you'll see that the sink is only supported at the outside edges with no support in the center. Added additional sealant to the sink/counter contact area to prevent water from leaking to the shelf below.

Sounds like RW should do a recall and add some sort of support to the center of the sink

If the sink sat on top of the counter like in most stick homes it wouldn't be a problem, but since it's under the counter with no support in the center it begins to sag, probably doesn't help bouncing down the road.
