We found the purple monkey! Its on interstate 44..around mile marker 37...approximately 25 miles east of Joplin Missouri...
He's about 20 ft. high...

Oh we did..... For 20 hours straight!!!! Couldn't find a place to stop for the night. All the trucks stops, rest areas, picnic area, even pulled into 2 wally worlds to find that they didnt allow overnight parking anymore. It was 5 am before we were able to find a place to back into at a truck stop just inside of Hillsboro TX. Note to self.... find a place to stop before 11 PM or they will be all GONE!
