Had my unit in to Redwood for warranty service last week and what a pleasure it was! Linda is great and she made sure all our issues were taken care of and them some. She kept in contact with us to keep us informed of progress etc. while the wife and I did our sight seeing.
Keep it up Redwood--you're a class act!
Being it took a second day I ending up getting air bags put on the truck and it made a big difference in ride quality, well worth the investment.

We have been struggling with a water leak in the bedroom slide whenever it rains. This has been going on for 7 months, 3 different service deptartmentsand still can't get it fixed locally. We are considering making the trip from Waco TX to the factory to get it done right.

Once you determine your water leak problem, please post the solution on the forum. We have had the same problem and still no solution. In fact, it was worse after they "fixed" it.

C&D.L: Our leak is coming in from under the bedroom slide and running in onto the vinyl floor next to bathroom. The can't seem to figure out where it is actually coming in from. I can't say it is worse, but definitely no improvement. Brian is checking with Mark Quinn to see if they will authorize the trip - especially if you look at all the other issues we have had with our coach since we took possession in March, 2012. This coach was not even weighed at the factory be fore shipping. I really believe that it got shipped without QC even looking at it. I have to take part blame as I accepted the coach being 200 miles from home and let the dealer rush me. Shame on me - this was not my first rodeo. I just expected the dealer to do the right things - what was I thinking?

Check the weather striping seals. I found one on ours (Redwood) that the screw had torn the rubber. I siliconed it even though we did not have a leak. Make sure that all the caullking is complete as I had a trailer before where the sealant stopped and then started again. I figure they ran out in the caulking gun or they went for lunch break and missed a spot. Even the smallest hole will wick water into your unit. Have a good look around. I found the leak as the dealer was clueless. This trailer was not a Redwood so this is common with all manufacturers not just redwood. Attention to detail is the workers downfall far to often!!

PS we just went to see Rush in Toronto and it was great! Not sure if there are any RUSH fans out there.

I agree with everything you commented on LaMigra. We too had our unit at Redwood for service. Linda and Brian are great to work with. They go to the next level to help out. I am 31/2 hours from dealership and 51/2 from factory. I would much rather drive the extra mileage and get unit repaired at factory. Redwood is a class act.

We would love to go to the factory to check it out and get it fixed once and for all, but we are 2700 kms (1600 miles) away in Alberta Canada. Maybe next autumn and carry on south for the winter.

We are currently at the factory having issues resolved/fixed. They are doing a fantastic job. The Redwood team found things that we didn't even notice and have fixed those in addition to the issues we raised. Our coach is supposed to be ready tomorrow and we are looking to picking up our redwood coach and going home to Saint Augusitne, FL (It is getting damn cold up here!!)
