Redwood Factory/Warranty Rep Contact?

Anybody have a Redwood Factory/Warranty Rep name and phone number? Dealer will not provide. Hate to say it but my 2019 is falling apart. Drove 390 miles from one campground to another and two interior walls have separated from the slide out. This makes the third/fourth wall to separate. Still have about 20 other items which says this RV never should have left the assembly line. Guess the RV folklore I have heard to never buy an RV manufactured on a Monday or Friday OR a week before a major holiday is true.

We've had our share of issues with our 2019 3901WB. I can tell you this: The reps don't have direct lines. They do have email. Generally they are just going to tell you to go to a warranty dealer for assessment. About the only way you can deal direct with them is if you're having problems with the dealer.

Similar issues too... call Crossroads RV (“parent”) and they will recommend another one of their dealers or provide other counsel.

I purchased our 2015 RL38 used from the original owners , He stated to me that he pulled it about 9,000 mile . At the time of sale he had 11,000 on truck. I could see some evidence of repairs he made , not so much quality just screws pulled out and new ones put in. Fast forward , I had door latches , closet door come off the tracks , dinning room mile work pull away from the wall, moldings loose and falling off. Finally I tired of putting everything back in place after the road trips and spent some time figuring out why.

My conclusion was the lack of smooth ride is doing damage every time I pull this trailer on poor bumpy roads , cant fix the roads so FIX the suspension problems. Like many others I turned to Morryde and Had independent suspension installed. I have only the 1000 mile return trip to bas these comment on but I can tell you NO cabinet doors opened no more damage happened on the ride home . I was able to leave a Solo cut on the counter with pocket change in it standing up an did not spill or move around , the toaster was left on the counter next to the solo cup it stayed right where I left it. in the dinning room I have a weather station that stands like a picture frame , It did not fall over or off the counter. bottom like these trailer s need some help with stopping the pounding they take because of springs, weight , length of the trailer and lack of shocks to stop bounce. Morryde IS does all of this , Road Master also has a system with slipper springs and shocks . That was my second choice for less money. I don't work for Morryde and I am not paid for advertising , it just works. Only a few OEM offer IS from the factory builds, DRV , Carriage and space craft only to name a few. If they got it figured out why cant the trailers that are in the competitive market offer 3 or 4 levels of suspension up grades at the factory level. There are many owner that don't tow trailers but one time to the lot and drop it and there are other owners that cross the country constantly for work.

At 17000 or 18000 lbs only having springs is going to bounce the truck and trailer down the road. My old Holiday rambler had a factory option for shocks at the 10000lb level !

Rant over ,
Thank You for listening

We did MorRyde iS and disc brakes over 5 years, 23 states, and 43,000 troublefree and worry free miles ago. For the last 11,000 miles we also pull the Focus. Like Mark, I don't work for MorRyde but I'll be their biggest proponent.

If you are going to seriously pull, go visit Elkhart and do it.

We have 37K on our '16 39MB with the IS which includes the Canadian Maritime all the way up into Newfoundland and then Thompson, Manitoba. And just a few loose screws that were probably never tight to begin with.

Has anyone tried just getting parts under warranty to install/repair on your own?

Yep. They won't do it. They will only ship to one of their warranty dealers, and only when the dealer does the diagnostic and submits proper documentation.

Ugh. Ok. I guess that’s good to know. Had a blind fall off during travel today.
