If you've readjusted the system in any way after auto leveling the hitch memory is lost.
Once we unhooked we'd lower the front a few inches then hit auto level, this seemed to level it lower than if immediately hitting auto level, but as I said the hitch memory was lost. The wife would then manually lift rears & raise the front from the keypad til I could properly hitch up again, worked well for us for 6+ years.
