Replacement tile 36ft

Hello, I'm not sure where to start. I had a W/D installed and the installers scratched the floor tile. Where could I purchase replacement tiles?

Or better yet give the information to the w/d installers, it should be their responsibility to locate, purchase, pay shipping & have someone replace the tiles they scratched, that's why they have insurance.
