Replacing Upper Clearance/Running Light Grommets

Where can I purchase the rubber grommets that hold the small clearance lights on the roof in place. The rubber grommets are dry rotting from sun exposure.

The photo attached is of my upper lights on my 2016 Redwood RL38 fifth wheel.
