Residential fridge and storage ???

With my old RV style fridge , after cleaning it we simply would prop the fridge door open with a plastic thingy ( sold for that ) and call it a day...
With the residential style fridges , what do you all do ? With the slides closed , I can have the right side door open , but not the left side or the freezer?? Should I keep them all closed ? What say the seasoned folks????

The first trip with our 38gk and Samsung, we found some of the refrigerated food in the freezer ...
and we both looked at each other like "Did you put that in the freezer ?" ????

figured out the freezer slid out first then the fridge open and stuff slid out and dropped into the freezer

So we went right to Wally World and picked up a bunch of these the stuff we couldn't put in the doors on the shelves...

Once it was in storage we opened the fridge and used a few of them to prop open the doors so it could air out...

That's odd, I had just looked it up before posting

just do a search for
Camco Double Refrigerator Bar on walmart.com, they must have changed the link right after I captured it
but it's on amazon and lot's of other places too...
good luck !

I wipe it out and prop the doors open with rubber door stops. I also put newspaper on the shelves that absorb any moisture and odors. An old RV dealer told me that back when I bought a Lance Camper in the 70's and I've done it since ... Never ever had an issue or bad smell.

.
Interesting ... I would think that once the newspaper got moist ( IF if got moist ) that it would leave a stencil of the ink on any surface it is on ?? I know this from leaving it outside on the deck at the house..
