Marty
We just had a bracket break on one of our slow-rise blinds, and when we called Redwood they directed us to the Elkmountain.com website. They have the parts for all of the window parts. Hope you can find what you need there.

Marty , Mine has Irvine shades in it also. I stopped by the shop in Elkhart in March when I was out there at Morryde. I needed mounting brackets for the dinning room. I asked for 6 brackets they just gave them to me NO question ask , no charge!

I just checked out Elkmountain.com and it's a Ranch in Wyoming. Sure doesn't look like they have anything to do with shades.

Irving is the Mfr, but doesn't sell Retail, but they will generally supply repair parts at no cost if you call and ask.

I called Irvine and they sent me 4 to replace what I needed. They asked for my address and shipped them at their cost. A great company to work with.

I have the same shades and periodically mine “lock up” as well. All you have to do is press the shade to one side releasing it, roll the shade back up once it’s out and reinstall. Should get the shade working again.
