running lights

As we pulled our redwood for the first time, after living in it for a year... we connected, with out new Anderson hitch, and plugged everything in, traveled for 9 hours, and as it got dark we realized , we had no running lights.
we pulled over, unplugged , plugged back in and still no running lights. only the truck was lit up,,,,??? Thank God we found a rv park a few miles down the road. HELP!!!

Check the fuse or fuses in the fuse box in the truck for the trailer lights.

I know first hand that some of the Ford SD version came off the line with bent or broken pins in their 7 plug outlet in the sidewall of the bed. We bypassed that plug and plugged into the bumper outlet until we made it home.

Running lights not working

We had the same problem. There was a loose wire underneath the drivers side of the trailer. We had a mobile repair for something else and he found the problem for the running lights
