Rusty Water Dripping from Light Fixture above Island???

Hi Guys - I went to the storage lot to look at our 2014 Redwood 38RE. Opened her up and saw a rust spot on the island. Looked around the sick and it appeared to be bone dry and then looked up and saw a rust stain on one of the lamp shades of the light fixture above the island and rust streaks and water on the fixture itself.

The unit was purchase September a year ago and has for the most part been setting in the previous owners yard with only being opened on occasion. We recently bought it from the previous owner and it was towed to our storage. This may have something to do with the rusty water. We have not had any rain since it was towed to our storage lot.

Has anyone bumped into this before? Any ideas???

Could be pretty simple, just condensation, but best bet is to check the roof for any blemishes or bad caulk. From that point check the vents to see if they are open or caulking is bad. If it is a tiny dried up leak, could be condensation from the a/c or just humidity. You need to get on that roof and check it out though.

If there is that much moisture / condensation in the ceiling area to be dripping rust stains down, I would be concerned about mold, sure sounds like a leak somewhere in the roof / caulking / vents.

After looking at the caulk on the roof, look closely at the antenna and the cap that the cable runs through for the antenna. There also could be some condensation from the air conditioner duct.
