i'v recently purchased a 2013 redwood 36rl and the prior owner never left or lost the operation manuals for all the equipment the the unit has. is there any way to get that important info back that i need?? called redwood service and they sent me just the owners manual booklet? Not what I really wanted.
Look for the white sheet attached to the door where your monitor panel and slide room switches are located. It should list most components by name, model and serial number. Then look in the technical library on the forum and download and print the manuals out for future reference. Google is your friend. Search for the ones not listed in the technical library. Plenty of videos and how to on YouTube also.
I had exactly the same issue with a '12 36RL. Redwood did send me the options page for my unit (50/50 on accuracy) but no manuals. That sheet in the door made it very easy to download the manuals for most items.
