Sewer smell

So we have a 2018 3901WB and have horrible sewer smell. In the bedroom and bathroom. So I pulled the wall between the storage underneath and the front storage and revealed the sewer lines going into the tanks. It smells really bad once I opened that up. I have ran water and have found no leaks. What’s the chances of maybe the black or gray tank leaking and underneath and the smell coming thru the holes? Is it common to have a leak on a tank ?

Maybe a vent leaking where it goes into the tank. Ideally you need to see the top of the tank where the vent goes in. We have an MB but I never looked for the vent entry.

Do you have a santi-flush? My 36RL does not have a black tank vent. I over filled the tank using the santi-flush and that caused the black tank inlet to disconnect and the sewage flooded my belly cori-plast. Check your inlet connection.

You might consider checking your batteries. We had a battery boil dry and it smelled like sewage.

Might check the vent under the sink it is a one way valve that can fail

Sewer Smell

We were on a trip this summer and had a strong sewer smell in our bathroom. We discovered that the smell was coming up through the drain in the shower from the gray tank. We had some cleaner called Tank Blaster that we put in the tank for a few hours to see if that would take care of it but we haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
