Shift in steps to bedroom

We have a 2017 RW and our steps to the bedroom have shifted to the point we can see the staples they use to attach the floor. Any of you had this problem. How did you solve it if so. We are taking it to the dealer ship for some other repairs but not sure they will be able to repair this to my satisfaction. Thanks in advance.

Mine did the same, they had no support under the back of the step. I took the basement wall down & built supoort.
Also helped my friend with his 36RL, had to remove the carpet from the steps to reinforce his.

While repairing steps, some have built a storage box underneath and put a hinge in the step for access !

I recall one RW owner posting how he built in drawers on suspension rails into the steps.

Our 2013 36RL steps have been solid with no sign of giving way.

What process did you take to
Push the steps back in place? I like the idea of more storage under the steps.
