Most any mattress company can custom make a size for you. However, if you have a slide in slide that only is big enough for a queen, you're not going to fit a king in.
Also, make sure you stay at same length. If not there's a good chance the mattress will not let the slide come in all the way if it's longer.

The RV king mattress are not a true king long, but more like a queen in length.. A mattress can easily be custom made for you, but sheets would have to be custom too. If you have a Euro spring under the mattress, it will have to go and replaced by plywood to accommodate the wider mattress.
