Slide out problem

Help! Help!
Large bedroom slide (Schwintek by Lippert) will not go out. One motor works, the front one will not move, I need part number for motor. Error code shows motor #2. RW36RL14

Ours did the same thing about every third or fourth time operating the side. We have found out if we de-energize the system every once an a while it works prefect time and time again. De-energize the system by removing the AC power and turning the DC power switch to off for 30 seconds or so.
