Slide Problems

We away for awhile, but I have a problem with my slideout on the door side. We have a Redwood Sequoia 38 GKS. Both living room slides work together and go out fine, but the right slide when closing something popped and now comes in at a severe angle and I have to pull it flat. Then it will close up to within an inch of the Rv. I have to use a wrench on the driveline shaft to horse it closed against the trailer. Ann ideas what my problem might be.

PS. It's going to the dealer tomorrow

I don't know if your slide electric or pump driven? Either way have you lubriated it? If the gears are dry it can make a big difference
