Has anyone had success in sourcing non-standard plywood dimensions? I need to replace a rotted bedroom slide floor. I am searching for at least 10 feet in length with no luck in the Pensacola area, nor from Crossroads.
You could biscut joint it togeather ? You may want to use the black plywood for concreat forms , it has water proof glue and is not effected by water. It has a gloss black smooth finish right from the factory.

In all likelihood you will have to fabricate your new floor by laminating different lengths and thicknesses. I think the floor thickness is 1 1/8" thick. I have though about using a polymer product but have not done any in depth research on that idea yet. I am going to look into the produc that Mark suggested.

I would use certified marine grade plywood and laminate different thicknesses of 1/2" and 3/4" to gain your required length. It is more expensive but will hold up much better than the original chip board or standard plywood.
I did the floor on my 13. The top layer was bcx the bottom outer is marine grade. I bought two of each.I staggered the seams, but the bottom is in the center.
