Anybody have any idea where the Winegard ConnecT (model WF2-95B) modem would be factory installed on a 2019 Redwood? Been looking all over the place for it, but cannot find it. The easy party was finding the antenna. Manual says there is a modem as part of the system. Followed the instructions to connect using the SSID/Password and the internet to find the IP address, but not success.
Dealer delivery did not go over as part of the walkthrough, which is a great disappointment.
We have a 2019 also and the modem is on the roof in a black dome with the TV antenna. There are two button switches on the plate in the ceiling in the bedroom. One turns on the TV antenna, the other the modem. The SSID/password on the book we received did not work for our modem. Apparently they gave us the wrong book. We had to go up on the roof to get the SSID/password which is on the side of the black dome. I hope this helps!
Thank you for the info. Believe or not Winegard actually responded to my request for help, and they were able to provide the correct password for my SSID. I will have to send up somebody younger and more agile one day to take a look.
