Stress crack causing bedroom slide problem?

The stress crack on our 36 RL has appeared for the 3rd time....Redwood has approved the repair twice before. When the stress crack appeared for the 3rd time the bedroom slide is now having problems-any thoughts as to whether these problems might be related??? Structural issue ?

How did it get fixed before? The proper way is to cut the glass from bottom of the slide to molding down by the hitch and install a piece of plastic that looks like letter H
let me know if you need any more answers

Mine cracked twice. Repaired second time at the factory and we started having slide problems. On our annual inspection two months later the dealer, Explore USA Fort Worth found the metal stud had been cut through when the crack was repaired. Had to pull entire slide out to repair
