Stupid question-Suburban Hot Water

I have a 2015 Carriage, 40RL which seems to the same unit as a Redwood 38RL. On our first trip out, in FL, I can't get the suburban sw12de water heater lit.
The biggest issue, I think, is I can't find the remote switch. I've looked in every closet and cubby trying to find it, no luck.

Where is the switch located in the 38RL?

Thanks for your help!!

Fred

In my 36RL, one remote switch in the cabinet as you come in the door with the sensors and awning switches. There is another switch on the water heater itself.
Also there is a reset on the water heater itself. Look for a black rubber plug. That is the reset button.

Ours in the same Cabinet next to the door it is below the tank monitor system should be the 2nd button in 3rd button is elec for water heater. There is also the elec button out on the tank. Make sure your propane detector is not shut off or no propane will get to water heater or any other appliance.
