Thermostat Question

Replaced most everything on our furnace, now when we turn the thermostat to a higher number to make the heater come on, the thermostat goes to 00 and nothing happens, any suggestions? Please and thank you in advance, of course the heat pump doesn’t keep up, because it’s in lower 30’s, now it doesn’t work at all...🤨

I'm sorry, I won't be much help on this problem. Sounds like a bad thermostat.
Has that thermostat been changed during your repair of the furnace? If so, has it been used after the change-out? If not maybe it is not wired correctly?

I agree, sounds like a problem with the wiring.
