Problem 1
Have the Model # 42072 toilet, looking for a handicap extension for this model or seat, right now height is 17.5 inches from floor to seat.
Anyone ever run into this problem?

Problem 2
Toilet ball also not wanting to close all the way without assistance of picking up foot pedal, went on Thetford site and see where they show part # 10 is the waste ball drive arm, wondering if I remove the pedal and check the the drive arm for wear, will ball and seal stay in position, or will they drop, I can also remove toilet from floor and repair, but if I can skip that part it would be ok with me.
Thanks.

Toss the Thetford & change to Dometic 310 or 320, I think they are a bit taller & can be repaired. If repair parts are available for the Thetford they'll cost nearly as much as the Dometic toilet.

Ass for the ball sticking I use a rubber glove I clean around and under the seal and then use plumbers grease to lube it and also the ball valve on the side inside the bowl. also spray the heck out of the foot linkage with CRC. I do this about every 6 mths. Has been working now for the last 2 years. The Thetford site may have a base extension you could install.

Have to admit it was a catchy way to start reply, even if a typo, I chuckled, got it working again, thanks to all for input, will keep looking for a way to extend height of toilet without buying a new one, however if DW persists I will have to do just that.
I do appreciate all the info on this site,

I took out the POS Thetford Toilet and put in a Dometic 320, it is a little taller and a WHOLE LOT better unit that the POS Thetford.

The Dometic is much easier to repair and maintain, much more comfortable
