Tiara Parts Order
I would like to pass along a big "thank you" to Redwood for providing us owners a way to get parts for our rigs! I contacted Tiara RV Sales and Parts to replace some trim pieces on our RW. Alyssa at Tiara was extremely helpful and knowledgesble. The process was smooth and quick...parts arrived when promised and packed professionally for shipping. Thanks Redwood for having Tiara at the Rally...this avenue for keeping our units in shape was exactly what many of us do-it-yourselfer's wanted. Thanks for listening and delivering a great service.

Nice - so which Tiara facility did you work with? I'm curious if all of their service/parts centers would perform the same type of service.

Is there more than one Tiara? I'm thinking there is only one.

I only know of the one in Elkhart, IN, actually where we got our first look at a Redwood and the rest is history.

Your right I do only see the Tiara in Elkhart. My initial search came up with sales and service centers, so I assumed there was more than one location. I may eventually have to order a fender from them as my one side is cracking pretty bad. I glued it so it would not get larger, but it is cracking in a number of different areas where it is screwed down.

My experience with Tiara RV ordering parts was positive also, great to work with.

There is only the one Tiara RV dealer and service center located on north side of Elkhart, IN. That is where we purchased our Redwood. They seem to be a well managed dealership. I can understand why Redwood has chosen to work work with Tiara for making parts available.
