Tires and Tire Minder

I just purchased a 2015 Redwood 39MB and noticed when I installed Tire Minder sensors on my 5th wheel tires that they where not Good Year Tires. In stead they where West Lake tires made in China. My MSRP spec sheet called for Good Year Tires Load range G. None of the other Redwood 5th wheels at this dealer had West Lake Tires. Are these tires a cheaper brand of tires?

Oh yea, A WHOLE lot cheaper, and of questionable quality.

yes, by quite a bit. I didn't realize the spec sheet actually called out Goodyear, but it sounds like you have a good complaint.

I believe Redwood went to Westlake tires, unfortunately. The jury is still out on them as far as reliability.
