Tri Glide Pin Box

Good Sunday Evening everyone,
Busy week for us, we took the RW to Eagle Pride RV here at The Great Outdoors in Titusville Fl, on Tuesday they took us in at our appointment time, removed bottom half of front of unit, took pictures and a video that they sent to Lippert.
The reply from Lippert was that every thing was within their tolerance of 1\4 to 1\2 inch of movement, there were no broken welds or loose \ damaged frame work, so they put the unit back together.
Lippert handled under warranty, and I have a copy of work ticket.
Eagle Pride was very easy to work with, it is a family run business, that put us in the shop at our appointment time and started working on the unit, we were back in our site at 5:30 pm.
Left Wednesday morning for Alliance Coach in Wildwood Fl, to complete warranty work as our parts had arrived from Crossroads, they finished us on Friday and we are now as they say, Home again, Home again, Jiggidy Jig, with no movement planned for the rest of the winter, good lord willing and the creek doesn't rise.
Pictures are attached.
Thanks everyone for all your feedback on this as usual this is a great family to be associated with always quick to sent ideas and fixes or concerns on issues posted.

Thanks,
Jeff.

Thanks Joe, we are glad to be here, and even happier that our son and his wife are expecting, and Karen and myself are just thrilled to finally have a grandchild on the way.
