I like the trees.

I would like to see the Name painted rather then stickers.

It is not the Redwood trees on the outside that really bothers me it is the tree on the closet doors that get me. The tree on the closet door needs to be in the redwood family. I grew up in the redwoods.

I also like the trees.... as far as the name on decals or painted.. Does not really matter to me... as long as it is quality, ,and IF painted , its cleared over..
But I kinda like the raised letters on mine

I think it would add some class to the Redwoods to paint the end of the slides.

Definitely. It makes a world of difference in the looks.

One other suggestion regarding the full body paint: consider not painting the roof line edge in three different colors. While yes, it looks nice that the paint goes up and over the roofs edge, it also means that we have to find/carry 3 different containers of paint with us when caulking needs to be redone. I'd rather the roofs edge be one color, preferably the same color as the top of the end caps. This would make it easy to paint once any re-caulking is done. Again, just my suggestion/opinion.

As for the trees - I like the small red "tree" logo design on my 2013 coach. Identifies with the brand name, but is not overpowering on the sidewalls and nose of the coach. Wish I could re-schedule my summer calendar so I could attend the national rally this year. Maybe next year...

Everyone has an opinion. I actually think the painted roof edge gives the Redwood extra "class". A white edge would just make it plain - like the low-mid range coaches that sacrifice design & image to lower production costs.
As stated above, you have to be careful suggesting easy-fix solutions that detract from the luxury image or you'll end up with a Montana look.

Kathy, I have become fond of the trees on my 2014, I think it sets the Redwood Brand apart from others.
I assure you when I arrive at a Campground, everybody knows a Redwood has arrived.
How many swirl and swish patterns can you come up with, then all the high end painted 5th Wheel start to look alike.
Sure do not want the Redwood product / brand to blend in and be just another 5th Wheel, I bought a Redwood because I wanted something different and creative, plus it just felt like home, and it still does !!!

I agree with your comparison which is why my suggestion stated to paint the roof edge in one color rather than three. I don't want the edge to be plain white like a Montana or Big Horn. I made the suggestion as I've had to re-caulk the gutter lines twice in the last 2 years and the roof transition again last fall and having to chase down three paint colors becomes a bit of a chore for one who full times. By having the roof edge and front/rear end caps in one single color, it would still give the high end look, but ease maintenance for full timers who don't want to pay a dealership $800 to re-caulk and repaint the gutter and cap transitions when maintenance is needed. Take a look at the Tiffin Allegro Bus or Phaeton motor home and you will see what I am talking about. The roof edges and top ends of the caps are all one color.

On a side note - it appears I am the minority on disliking the trees - I'm ok with that. This form is just one way for owners to get our opinions back to Redwood on the things we like and dislike. Typically a manufacturer will make changes based on the general consensus - not the few. If one just follows the group blindly where will we be in 1, 2, or 3 years from now? Happy RV'ing to all and may the wind be at your back in the miles ahead.

For what it's worth, I too like the older paint paint scheme over the present large tree design. Different strokes for different folks.

Yep, I like the old style, while Ann likes the new style. So we had the old style on our 36RL and now have the new style on the 39MB. Don't think we'll worry about the new revised style.

I would be up for a Disney themed paint job, including hidden Mickeys. Change out the trees for the "Tree of Life" including the carved animals. In addition, a coupon should be provided so that the Tow Vehicle can be painted to match.

What would be really cool is to do coordinated characters on the Tow Vehicle and RV. For example: Gazelles on the tow vehicle being chased by a large Simba on the RV. Or horses on the Tow vehicle and Cinderellas Coach on the RV.

I like Disney , almost everything Disney... EXCEPT this ! Now , on the other hand , that sounds like a lot of advertisement , and we all know that does not come cheap !

Landmark has strived to stay steps ahead of us over the last few years, so this must be the road we are headed down!
