Upgrading over the air antenna

I am looking into upgrading my over the air antenna. I have a hard time getting good reception with the factory installed antenna. Tired of cranking and turning to get reception. Would like to get one that has no cranking or nor turning. I know there are a few out there. Anyone have any suggestions?

I put a Jack antenna on. No cranking up or down, but do have to turn for reception. I like the appearance and reception.

If you're talking about an Omni-directional antenna, be advised that to get signal from all directions without turning, you lose gain so you will only be able to receive the closest stations.
Now, while pricey Winegard now has an Automatic OTA Antenna that does a seek and find of local stations.
