Rob...had our RW at the service center in April for the same repair. Has yours been getting worse?

Not really getting worse right now Bob (of course the ride from Florida to Indiana in a couple of weeks may change that), it is right below the left front slide where the "expansion / flex joint" seam is.
I also want to make sure they do a "Pin Box Flex Test" while they have it to make sure there is nothing else that is weak and will cause a problem in the future.
It now has a offset step in the joint and a bulge in the wall.
Sent pictures to Crosssroads / Redwood / Randy (service center) last fall and the warranty repair authorization was approved pretty quickly.

This is the second repair they have completed on ours. The pinbox flex is the first thing they will do. They had to reenforce the frame structure on both sides...I think they should be getting pretty good at it! Hopefully one and done will do it for you. Looking forward to seeing you at the Rally.
