Water cut off switch for fridge

Hey guys,
Just bought a 2017 RW390. I'm looking for the water cut off switch for the fridge. In my last RW it was under the sink. In my last RW, I never used the ice make (had a history of leaking). So, for those that use the water/ice maker how do you winterize the fridge? Pink stuff/air, or both?

do you have a drawer under your oven? If so, pull the drawer all the way out and put it to the side, look behind it.
