It's an Alpha roofing system - they recommend their own sealant. Their recommendations here:

I have always used the Alpha 1021 SELF LEVELING SEALANT. I purchased it from Peoples.

Alpha systems recommends their alpha sealants. It was not that easy to locate but the last time I went to Camping World I spotted tubes of sealant called super flex and when I read the label the manufacturer was guess who,..........Alpha Systems! I then called Alpha to see if the super flex was the same as their alpha sealant and I was told it is the same thing. I was told when camping world decided to handle alpha's sealant they wanted it named something different so they called it super flex. I bought some and used it and it I exactly the same stuff!
Makes it much easier to get now.

I also have the same sealant as above with a 6" roll of the EternaBond tape and just waiting for the weather to warm up. Front cap seal is in need of some repairs so I am just going to do the complete seam over. Other then that so far my roof looks to be holding up very well.

I am at 2 years on mine. No leaks no more caulking. The best thing I ever did!! I have done every area that needs caulking. No more worries.

I had to re-do my front cap seal due to cracks and a poor sealing job after the front cap was repainted due to fading.
I completely removed the old with a plastic putty knife on a really hot day and reapplied self leveling caulk and the 6" tape.
Need to do the vents this year.
I posted photos on this site 2 years ago of the job I did. They are in an album in the photo area.
