I have a question about our new camper. The fridge/freezer is "on" but doesn't cool/freeze. It has been on for about 30 hours with no change in temp. Is there something special you have to do to start them? Thank you!
That is the temps we use on our it took a while to cool down.Did you try the quick cool button it is on the front door .Other than that i don't know.May be some other members can help you.good luck and welcome to the forum.
I am sure you have probably read your owners manual. We have the Samsung residential and it has a demo mode on it that allows all lights etc to work but not get cold. They use it for showroom purposes. Perhaps yours has the same thing
