We have a window shade that won't stay lock in any position. Have taken it off and found a inner plastic piece broken. Anybody have information on where to get new shade or new guts to fix a shade? What brand of shade they are?
If they are MCD shades, their home office is in Northeast Dallas and you can get it fixed there. (and stayed there overnight if you'd like) MCD Innovations

If they are the roll up shades, they are Irvine Shade in Elkhart Indiana , they are very good to deal with. The MCD are in the fancier motorhomes.

We had a clip break on our MCD roller shade. Irvine sent us new clips at no charge and no postage fee. They were great to deal with and we had them in a few days. Look them up on internet and give them a call.
