Kinro, a division of Lippert (LCI). They are/were very easy to deal with on a couple of broken escape handles on mine a year or so ago. You might have just as easy a task to take it to your local glass shop, might even be cheaper.

BTW! They might even fit better, I've got 3-4 that don't fit worth a da##, we took the 2 off of rear window & stored them cause we got tired of digging them out from behind the couch every time we stopped & never opened those windows anyway. The 2 over the head of the bed don't fit either, finally got them to stay on, but don't touch'em.

Moisture in Window
We have a 2012 36FB that started collecting moisture between the panes of the rear window. This is the small middle window below the big one. We called LCI and was told that they didn't replace just one part of the window but that the entire back window had to be replaced. They also said that they no longer make the window that is in our unit. Anybody out there with any ideas?

Try Redwood. Or try LCI back in 15 minutes and you'll get a different answer. We will all be in deep doo doo if we start getting broken windows and LCI doesn't make it anymore.

That would be a whole load of "crap" if they don't make replacements. The auto industry are required to provide parts for 10 years!!

We have had this problem on four windows and Redwood has replaced all of them. Kinro changed the configuration on some of the windows but they fit the same cut out. One of our windows was discontinued and they replaced with the new model which eliminated the horizontal cross bar. The entire windows pivot from the top frame instead of the half window as in the original. Much better design. They are feeding you a load of crap. Don't accept it

Clarification
The back window in our 36FB has one big window on top and three underneath with the middle one being stationary. The parts department told me that they don't make that particular one but instead make one with a big window on top and 2 on the bottom. The size is the same and it fits in the same hole on the back cap. I was just asking for suggestions.

Go for it. It's a better design.

My FB has the 1 large above 2 smaller as you described. Go for whatever they have that fits

Ah, ours has the two on the bottom. A bit of a dilemma - as it is probably a very expensive window and not in warranty. As suggested above, perhaps an aftermarket vendors could repair it.

Let me start by saying I own a glass company. We had a campground landscaper break a window in our old camper. There was nothing on the window that was available to me for replacement through our normal suppliers. I ordered the entire window unit from the selling dealer. they ordered the wrong window twice. So three months later the window was still broken and no replacement in sight. I called kinro, what a pleasure to deal with. The entire window unit cost less than me replacing just the glass that broke. it showed up right the first time and was an easy install. The screens are a different animal. They fit right and stay in as long as the camper is level and square, kind of like the door not working properly because the rig wasn't leveled properly. Having a screen made with radius corners for a single application would be cost prohibitive.
Hope I helped a little bit.
