Working leveling system.
Hi I have a 3901WB, 2018 and when operating the leveling system in order to hook up the pin box to trailer hitch I can not see the pin location because of where the level controls are located. Dose anyone know if there is a bluetooth controler that can be added?
Thanks,
Mike

Where did they put your controls?? Mine are on the Left (Drivers side) Front and I have a clear view to the Pin Box.

Hi, my controls are inside the same left side cabinate as water connections, which is back of storage unit.
Thanks for your reply,
Mike

Well that explains a lot. Don't know what to tell you, other than move it a little and then check, and if need be move a little more.

That is where our controls are on our 2020.. I dislike the position, but deal with it.

I have the same 5th wheel and had the same issue. I downloaded the In Command app. You can raise and lower the front jacks from your phone. You can also open your slides, awnings, turn on lights and a few other things.

Yeah, you need the InCommand App. I struggled with the same issue until I figured that out. There's a "Hitch" button...you can do it from inside the cab of your truck.

Working Leveling System
I would recommend the utilizing the LCI OneControl App which can be used on IOS & Android smart phones. We use for lights, awnings, leveling, monitor panel & slides.

iN Command app works great! Controls pin, all interior lights, HVAC, see tank levels, water heater, etc
Can’t imagine hooking up without it!

If you push the left and right arrow at the same time the front jacks will return to the level it was at before you pushed auto level. This is the way OURS works. Makes it easy to hook up

Most of the time when you push both left and right arrow at the same time the front will return to unhitch height. It will sometimes give an error, which you have to acknowledge by pressing enter, and you might have to raise or lower the front manually. It does this to prevent dropping the pin box and the front of the coach too low and avoid a collision with your truck bed rails or your hitch. Works at 70+% of campsites on our set up.

Hi, I have tried that as it says on the sticker inside the cabinet but that dose nothing. The only way I can get it to retract is in manual mode.

If you've pushed any buttons after it's auto leveled the hitch memory will be lost for that cycle.

Before you use the incommand app. Make sure you sync the floorplan with the app. Or it could do things you don't want it to do.
