We opted for the wine bar/pantry also. While I can see the advantages of the 1/2 bath we really love the extra counter space (drop zone) and cabinet space. When I need to use the restroom on the road, It doesn't take more than a few moments to put out the slide enough to walk thru if I don't want to roll across the bed.

We have the older enclosed Butler's Pantry, while I like the newer open design you lose the attic space above the pantry. We love that attic area as we store little used items, a couple of soft sided coolers, etc up there.
