Got a message from the dealer my rig goes for paint on the 25th and the VIN indicates that it is indeed a 2013. Just can't wait

Exciting news, we are so happy for you guys. I recall we ordered our units about the same time and I was kidding you about who would get theirs first. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! Welcome to the Permagrin bunch.
P.S. You just did the almost impossible, you just made Victoria a more beautiful place. Edited by: John317

Looking forward to hearing all about your new 36RL and anything you may have found not to be correct. Mine is supposed to be rolling off the line on 6.21.12 and heading to paint after that... the dealership said they plan on taking a few days to work my PDI through as they know they are almost 3.5 hours from me and I am a full timer. I hope your new coach is delivered in perfect condition and brings you many years of enjoyment.

After a lot of confusion and Redwood sending the wrong unit as a priority shefinallyarrived today. Mine was supposed to be delivered to the dealer for the 10th and afternumerousexcuses of we can't get drivers who arequalifiedtodeliverto Canada and they are back logged, it here. Great dealer he put 3 or 4 guys on it doing the PDI as well as I was doing my own PDI at the same time. she will be finished and ready to gotomorrow afternoon. I requested that everything be re-greasedand the wheel bearings be checked and the wheels torqued to 120, they also made sure there was 110 psi in the tires including the spare.
The only thing that was found was thedrawunder the bed when I went to pull it out the slidingmechanismon the right side fell apart and one of the guys foundthe dish washerwas leakingthat was caused by a fittingmissing. She is big andbeautiful
It will be a three day trip going home, will be a good trial run
Dan

The microwave can vent in or out... our 38BR has a vent on the outside that was closed when it came from the factory. You will need to get on a step ladder and pop it open so it vents to the outside.

Did you open the vent outside the trailer? It stays locked for travel. You need a step stool to do this.Edited by: 5th_Time

The microwave/stove exhaust vent has two plastic toggles on each side of the flapper. No locks. The dryer vent does not have a closure mechanism, except gravity.

Thanks Dan. One of the three night we used this unit, the wind kept the dryer flapper banging. So I had to put a piece of paper up in the housing to kept it quite.
