Hi, Everyone!
First off...I apologize in advance, because I'm sure this sort of question has been asked and answered multiple times. However, I searched for a while and didn't find anything...so here goes...
QUESTION: Do folks have suggestions on how to effectively sell my Redwood (2013 36FB)? Since this is the first RV I have owned, then it will be the first RV I will sell.
For example, here are some things of which I am ignorant:
1. If I move the trailer from it's current KOA Kampsite, and over to a local RV Parking Facility, how would prospective buyers be able to confirm that all the appliances are properly functioning (since there would only be inside battery power..or would that be adequate?)
2. Is it best that I sell the trailer myself? Or should I sell it through a dealer on consignment? Or should I sell it directly to a dealer (which would probably be the worst price but the fastest sale)?
3. Of course, I will clean the Redwood to sell, but is it worth the investment to get everything all repaired and in proper working order before going on the market? I've kept the warranty inspections up-to-date. (For example, the in-the-wall cable connection got fried by a lightning strike back in 2012, so I simply connect the TV cable through a rear window.)
Thank you all in advance for your suggestions,
Robt.
