New 2015 38GK

Deal is done, do PDI on Tuesday. Loved my 2012 36RE, this was a much harder decision than it should have been. Redwood is so close to being a really great coach yet, they seem to keep stumbling. Time will tell if this was a good decision.

All manufactures of any products have their quirks and issues, one thing about getting another Redwood is you know what to expect and where the quirks and issues are.

I don't think there is a more beautiful coach made than the Redwood. A real head turner. I really felt like the landmark has a better structure and with the 8k axles and 17.5 H tires standard made it a very hard choice. Because I pull a lot of miles I really didn't want to get into the weight of the Mobile Suites. I did look at the Fullhouse pretty hard but couldn't get DW to give up that much space.

Congratulations on your new purchase! I think it's a big plus knowing the manufacturer and their products.

I guess that means you need to sell more disc brakes. We're going to hook up with you in AZ this winter, I'm sure.

Wow Ron, thought you were going to just look! I know how dangerous that is, that's why I try to stay away from the dealers. It looks great. Hope you have a great PDI and no real issues in the future. Looking forward to trying to get together on the brake situation.

We had been looking since the Pomona RV Show in Oct. So we had narrowed down the field to the 38GK or the Landmark Ashland. Timing was just right.

Congrats on your STUNNING purchase!
Believe me, Redwood is very aware that we aren't perfect...but we are confident you will be happy with the choice you made. Also, definitely not product bashing here...but please know that NO RV you purchase will have NO problems. Not a Landmark, not a Redwood, not an anybody. They are units made by imperfect people who try their best, just like you and I.

No matter what happens, rest assured that Taylor and I, as well as the customer service department, are here and listening if you should ever need help with your new unit. We might not be perfect, but we are here and ready to make sure we continue to earn your business for the long haul. Because YOU are now part of the Redwood family, and THAT is something we take very seriously.

BEST of luck!
Christian

Congratulations! What a beautiful coach. I never stop feeling that "WOW" factor when I see them. I don't get that with any other brand. We know you will keep us all informed of the "honeymoon phase" and how it goes. Anxious to hear how the QC issues shape up. Hoping for good news!
