Don't Like that they lowered the price point. That don't help the depreciation any of current models. But like some of the options they have added have to see how they look to make any real opinions.

Maybe, just maybe, they are actually going to MSRP these things in line with what most of the buyers were paying anyway. From what I've seen and heard, most purchasers were easily able to get 30-35% off MSRP and some much higher. Redwood can easily price them at 80 - $100,000 and still make the same amount of money, you just won't be able to haggle 35% off of the price. I'm just guessin.

Agreed. Lower MSRP won't scare so many. Probably still sell at same price.

Fully agree with this. MSRP was virtually meaningless. It is a smart move to distinguish them from others.

Also agree with the MSRP. We looked at many before we purchased the RW and MSRP's just scare people away. We were one of those but after going back to the RW and negotiate we ended up getting $34K off the sticker.

Yep, about the same here, since it was I bought my Redwood at the end of the model year (the new model year units already on the lot) the discount was pretty substantial, somewhere around 38k to 40k off MSRP

I wonder what the "new" 35% off will be.

Anyone know when we might be seeing the new floorplans, decor and changes? I'm sure, like us, everyone is getting a little anxious to be able to see some pictures.
