Who is the GM of Redwood? Don't think I have heard who the new guy is since Tom left.

His name is Jim Lazzarino and from the conversation I had with him, I would say that customer service is still a high priority with him and Redwood. Thank you Jim!

Now for an update. It's unfortunate that I had to go through the procedures I went through to get Redwood to take care of my warranty repair issues. Maybe something will be corrected from this. Hopefully, communications between the customer and Customer Service will get better. Having said this, I am happy to say that as of this morning, my coach will be taken in at the service center on May 27th. It will be picked up from me the week prior. The immediate response and concern by Jim Lazzarino, Redwood's General Manager, has once again convinced me that Redwood is a step above the rest when it comes to customer service. Thank you Jim!

It is SO WONDERFUL to see this! there are always going to be issues with contractors in a company. It's all about how the company handles these issues that matters. Redwood looks like it has stepped up to the plate with this and it makes me very happy.it also would appear that Mr Lazzarino understands the power of word of mouth. Most people consult with other RV owners before they make a purchase like a Redwood. They also to troll through these forums as we have seen. I know we did. And I can honestly say that unfortunately the salesman at all the dealerships I have visited or were absolutely no influence in our decision to purchase. It was purely from our own research and what other redwood owners have said.

John, I would not want to give a direct number out without his permission, could start a landslide of calls on his phone. I contacted him by calling the number on the Redwood website. That number is 574-457-7800. I called and told the person I was trying to reach the General Manager and I was connected to him.

Before I purchased my Redwood, I researched the different manufacturers out there and had narrowed it down to my top 3. I then called redwood because I had several questions since I kept seeing "Blackwood" and "Redwood" popping up together but I could not find info on a Blackwood. I talked directly to Tom Montegue (prior GM) and his enthusiasm and answers to my questions convinced me that I wanted a Redwood. I had to drive 150 miles to find one. After my conversation with Jim Lazzarino, I feel like he reinforced my first impression of Redwood.

two days ago I would not agree with you and I DID have to jump through many many hoops to get to the point where I am now but as of this point I am happy to say "REDWOOD IS STEPPING UP TO THE PLATE"! without documenting every phone conversation and e-mail, and questioning the chain of command and what type of dispute resolution Redwood participates in, I would still be at square 1.

I am very happy for you. Sounds like a few "new" gray hairs, but turned out OK. Good for you not giving up. A good example for the rest of us!
