Sleeper sofas 1 or 2?

Hello Fellow Owners,

My wife and I own a 2019 3991RD, we purchased in November of 2018. After traveling for a while we went to open up the tri-fold sofas and found that we only were given 1 sleeper sofa. We have been laboriously arguing with Redwood regarding this matter. All brochure's and spec sheets for this year and model show (sleeping 6) two tri-fold sofas being provided.

The latest excuse from Redwood is that the RV was produced prior to a change in the production line and units built prior to the change only come with one tri-fold sofa. I am aware that this info has little bearing being our unit is a 2019 model, but wanted to ask the following question to anyone with a 2018 or prior redwood model with two couches:

Are they both tri-folds?

Thank you all for your reply's

A lot of changes can happen to coaches without the brochures being upgraded, or changed..

This has been an issue industry wide over each model change.. it seams that they use up what they have..
It may have been better for you if you found that out at delivery....
Possibly a bargaining chip?
