Some advice on 38RL

My wife and I are considering a 38RL to put into a seasonal park in Ontario for the summer and purchasing a condo in Florida. We have had lots of experience having owned a Tiffin Motorhome. Can you help with some quick questions?
1. should we consider putting the trailer on blocks or do we just leave it on the jacks and wheels?
2. What are the advantageous to the graphics being painted vs. vinyl?
3. We are considering putting in a residential fridge - should we also consider a generator?
4. Do you like the new tip out windows vs the sliding windows?
Many thanks for any help.

I personally would jack and block it for that kind of stationary use.

The paint is automotive paint and will far outlast vinyl graphics, but it comes with a price tag ($11K option)

Definitely the residential fridge for that kind of use.

Why a generator? Sounds like it will be plugged in most of its life.

Tip out windows are nice in the rain. The slides still have sliding windows in the sides if that is your preference. Get the insulated window option.

Are you planning on leaving it permanent in Ontario, or would you pull it and store it when in Florida?
