Just got back from the RV Show in W. Springfield, MA. This is the largest show in N.E. I go every year and it's where I saw my first Redwood in 2011.
Diamond RV in MA was the Redwood dealer and they had two Redwoods there - a 31SL and a 36RL. The 31SL had lots of new options such as the granite and Standard Paint. The 36RL had many options, and the Gold/Black body paint. Both units were noticably much busier than any other 5th wheel. Given that there was basically nothing like them in the show (no DRV dealers present) the Redwoods stole the show and were the "must see" units. It started getting pretty crowded.
Even though it was getting crazy, Andy Wesdorp recognized me fromlast year's show where we joked about all my info-seeking emails prior to my purchase. Though crowded, he still took time to chat for five minutes and made it a point to thank me for our purchase.
You can tell Redwood people are still "psyched" aboutworking there.I told him that despite a few minor problems, how proud and satisfied we areas RL owners.
Even though there were a great many 5th Wheels there, there wasn't anything that came close to the combination of style and value that we own.
Boy, it must be nice being a Redwood dealer when you see that kind of traffic.
