So after a conversation with the RW Factory, I was connected with Jim Lazzarino. I am happy to say he was extremely helpful and gave our new baby a shove as it was sitting in a long que waiting to start it's long trip west. As of now, it is on the road and is due to arrive at the dealership next Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully a successful inspection will mean delivery by the following Friday or Saturdayl

Just wanted to praise Redwood's finest and say that YES they are very good to talk to on the phone! Thank You Jim! We know how busy you are and you still took time to push our 38RL out of the nest!

Now for a safe trip West! Everyone watch out for a new black and tan heading our way!!

Congratulations. Jim Lazzarino is the person that got my issues addressed right away. My 31SL is being worked on at the Service Center as we speak. I'm looking forward to a positive ending, same as you!

Thanks Rick and Mindy! You know, nobody should expect miracles, but so far, I have been very happy with the Redwood side of this whole ordeal. NOT that it has been an ordeal, we just want our coach! The proof is yet to be, but I feel good about things so far. Thanks to everyone on this forum. They have helped sooooo much.
